Payment / Shipping

If the items are exported within the EU, the German sales tax is waived if you provide your VAT ID number.

If the items are exported to third countries, German sales tax does not apply to shipping carried out by us.

If the items are exported to third countries, we will refund the German sales tax upon presentation of a valid export certificate that refers to Dr. Wilfried Müller GmbH is on display. 

Shipping costs cannot be determined online. You will receive a final order confirmation from us by email stating the actual shipping costs. We will contact you regarding shipping costs.
